Bushey Bowls Club has been situated in King George recreation ground, Bushey since 1912 and has a calm peaceful feel to it. The clubhouse has undergone some changes over the years but still has the feel of earlier times. Here are some photos taken.  There will be a more indepth investigation being looked at  later this year.

One of the club members had brought their dog Scamp down one evening, Scamp spent a happy time sat in the corner of the room barking up at something he found interesting high above him. After Scamp had left we took this photo across the main bar area. Cheryl was standing near to where Scamp was sitting and the result was an orb where he had been barking up at ..wonder if Scamp wants a job !

 This strange anomaly was not seen with the eyes and at the time there were 4 people present. The photo was taken completely at random but this does merit further investigation. Lots of orbs have been seen in and around the green although I am not sure this qualifies as an orb ,any ideas at all on this would be welcome .

As far as we are aware the park has no history of hauntings, however witches where once said to use the old paddling pool area (when dry ) for their ceremonies.This took place in the late 1960s and early 1970s, any info on this would be welcome. We are looking at the history of king Georges park, hopefully going back to the Roman era. There is an area called 'the dell' that was once a clay pit for brick making, the two pictures above are facing towards this area. The first picture has an orb near where a stream enters the park, the second directly towards the dell. Plans for a more indepth look at King George's recreation ground is in the pipeline.
