 Mist seen in a doorway with what appears to be two figures in the centre. Photo taken by Fiona Bowdrey at the Hellfire Caves in West Wycombe, England. The figure on the left seems to be a boy in a tricorn hat and black cape, the figure on the right seems to be a girl with what appears to be a medieval hair stye and dress. The boy looks like he has a black head scarf under his hat. Whilst the investigation was taking place, Fiona noticed that I was whistling 'Ring a Ring a Roses' repeatedly.This is a plague rhyme and there is a connection with the caves and the old village of Haveringdon on top of the hill , which was apparently destroyed during the Black Death.There are records though of at least two people still living on the hill as recent as 1774 as ratepayers.

Orbs have been photographed throughout the cave system at West Wycombe and vary greatly in size,shape and colour.                                            They are an interesting phenomenom and reasons for them range greatly from dust or water droplets to focusing or flash faults.Some even say that they are balls of energy or even spirits whatever they are they  make the most interesting photographs.
